Reaching your clients and driving engagement in a virtual environment will be presented by Matt Merriman, Business Solutions Consultant, Enrollment Technology Partnerships and Heather Lozynski, AVP, Enrollment Solutions, with Colonial Life.

This course will teach the importance of combining the use of technology with human interaction to provide customers with the best high tech and high touch client experience. Attendees will learn the tools needed to be successful in achieving their desired engagement numbers and how to conduct a successful enrollment.

Matt Merriman joined Colonial Life in 2017 and has held several roles focused on enrollment technology. He currently leads and manages growth for some of Colonial Life’s largest enrollment partnerships including Employee Navigator and Ease. He brings experience in management consultation, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.

Merriman has a passion for helping others understand the benefits of utilizing technology in the marketplace and increasing growth through strategic sales channels. Prior to joining Colonial Life, he worked in information technology with a focus on process improvement. He has a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University where he studied Communication, Entrepreneurship, and Computer Science.

Heather Lozynski has been instrumental in being an assertive and highly effective leader in meeting rapidly evolving business goals through strategic solutions, for retention and growth of a customer base of over $1.8 billion.

She joined Colonial Life in 2010 from CIGNA Group Insurance where she delivered a record of accomplishment of success selling group Life, Accident and Disability products for eight years. Lozynski became a part of the Client Management team in 2011, Director of Public Sector Services in 2014, AVP, Premier Client Management in 2016 and most recently transitioned to AVP, Enrollment Solutions in 2019 where she now adeptly balances telephonic sales growth and innovative virtual strategies for over 6,000 agents.
