Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience in association
  management, non-profit management, marketing, business, finance,
  or related field.
• 3-5 years of senior management experience, preferably in both for-
  profit and non-profit sectors.
• Strong communication, marketing, and fundraising skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and IT tools.
• Ability to work with a Board of Directors and cultivate relationships.
• Successful completion of a background check.
